Why we founded FairMieten
Berlin's housing market is tough. People arriving from abroad face major barriers such as no SCHUFA record, no German banking history, and no local network.
We founded FairMieten in Bremen in 2023 with a clear mission: to offer fully furnished, all-inclusive rooms in professionally managed shared homes, without bureaucratic hurdles or hidden costs, and with genuine support.
The result: More than 50 residents from over 30 countries have found a new home with us.
